Are salt + stem co. products handmade?
Yes. Our bath and body products are handcrafted in small batches in Colorado with an emphasis on thoughtful formulas, quality ingredients and beautiful details.
Do you use synthetic fragrance?
No. Our products are scented with essential oils and natural absolutes rather than synthetic fragrance.
Do you use artificial dyes?
No. We do not add artificial dyes to our products. Any natural variations in color or appearance may come from the ingredients and botanicals used in each formula.
Do your products contain real botanicals?
Many of our products are made with real botanicals, clays, mineral salts and other naturally derived ingredients. Because each formula is different, please refer to the individual product page for complete ingredient information.
How do I use your products?
Directions vary by product. Complete usage instructions can be found on the product packaging and individual product page.
Are your products made in small batches?
Yes. We intentionally produce in small batches to maintain freshness, consistency and attention to detail.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
How quickly will my order ship?
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on its way.
Do you accept returns?
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return when you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Because of the personal nature of bath and body products, opened or used products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely. Many of our products are designed with gifting in mind. Please refer to individual product listings for specific packaging and gift details.
