We believe shopping should feel simple, so standard shipping is always complimentary at salt + stem co. There’s no minimum purchase required and no surprise shipping charge at checkout.
Orders are handcrafted and packed with care in Colorado. Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before your order ships. Tracking information will be emailed once your package is on its way.
Returns
Because of the personal nature of our bath products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
For unopened and unused products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
